1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including personalised items, gift cards, and sale items. These items are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the returned items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

7. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is not available, a refund will be processed.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
